Rubbermaid Commercial Products – a Winner at AFFLINK’s Summit 2004
Membership votes to recognize superior customer service
SAN ANTONIO, TX. (June 30, 2004) – AFFLINK’s Summit 2004 was the occasion for acknowledging growth among distributor members, and superior service from key suppliers. Rubbermaid Commercial Products was the recipient of the 2003 Customer Satisfaction Award in the Janitorial/Sanitation supply category.
Individual commitment to the group effort
RCP strategic account manager Jason Cianciolo offered that "Individual commitment to a group effort – that is what makes a team work and that’s what makes our company work.", recalling legendary football coach Vince Lombardi’s formula for success. That commitment, applied across several disciplines, produced the results and accolades. The award required excellence in field support, customer service, product delivery, product quality, and billing. Cianciolo accepted the award on behalf of the RCP team from AFFLINK Vice President of Supplier Development, Randy Wagner.
