RUBBERMAID APPOINTS TOM WARD VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS FOR COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS DIVISION
Industry Veteran Joins Rubbermaid Commercial Products
Winchester, Va. (TBD, 2005) - Rubbermaid Commercial Products, the leader in durable facilities maintenance products, appointed Tom Ward to the position of vice president of operations. His previous leadership positions were with such globally recognized brands as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Campbell Soup Company and Procter & Gamble. Most recently as group vice president of manufacturing for American Woodmark Corporation, Ward brings a wealth of manufacturing and operational experience to Rubbermaid.
In his new role as vice president of operations, Ward will be responsible for all of the manufacturing, distribution and transportation, demand flow, NWL OpEx and customer service activities for Rubbermaid Commercial Products.

Ward received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Tennessee and later went on to earn an Executive Master of Business Administration from Washington University.
